Our art department can handle most file types but vector files yield a cleaner product whether you need pens or large format banners. Don’t have a logo? We can help you out for a nominal fee.
3. GET A FREE QUOTE
Since you shared your vision of what you want and how many you need we can send you a custom quote within 24 hours and in some cases even faster on our best sellers.
4. ORDER, PAY AND WE START
Now that we have thumbs up, your job is official and production begins!
5. WE SEND YOU PROOFS
Our art department will mock up your product(s) and email you within 24 hours and in some cases even faster. Of course, if you need to make a change we will send you a revised proof prior to beginning production.
6. FINAL APPROVAL
Once you give us thumbs up we will move your job further into production.
7. PRODUCTION BEGINS
Your customer service rep will inform you of our current lead time. Generally speaking, our lead times are 7-10 working days after final approval is made. In some cases it could be even faster.(Larger and exotic type orders take longer)
After your project is completed we make one last inspection prior to carefully boxing up your products. Oh, by the way, we always put free stuff in your box so be on the look out for it!
8. DELIVERY / SHIPPING
We always love seeing you so if you’re close by we will personally deliver your goods and say hello. If you are in a different part of the country, no problem, we will ship via FedEx directly to your door step.
